GENIUS sends daily email alerts for new reviews from the previous day automatically – this feature is enabled by default for all the users. It can be turned OFF in your settings. Alerts are only sent if there is a new review. You will get separate alerts for each store/location.

In order to change your alerts preferences, go into Settings –> Alerts –> Email Alert and toggle the Social Reviews alert to ON/OFF.

Once you go into Settings, you will see the below screen and you have to navigate to the “Alerts” tab to change your alerts settings. There are different types of alerts. Please make sure the “Social Reviews” is “ON” (Will show in green when ON) to ensure you get the alerts.
